The year was 2018, Junior Collin, CEO of Collin Pro, had his first experience with AIRBNB, at a Disney vacation home. Upon returning from this trip, he turned his summer home in the interior of São Paulo into an experiment! Hit and miss, faced many challenges, from issues with the AIRBNB platform to dealing with guests. He often lost money, had problems with the house, with the condominium, called his legal department several times, had to manage a team, among many challenges. He didn’t see it as a problem, but as an opportunity to learn.

By the end of 2019, it achieved great results: a turnover of more than 40K/month, with a single house. This caught the attention of some owners. That’s where the company of Management and Maintenance of Holiday Homes was born. Success was so evident that some owners wanted to work on managing their own homes and others hired their consultants.

Observing that the business was only growing, Junior specialized in Human Behavior and Business Management, obtaining more than 1000 hours of training.

In 2020, with the arrival of COVID-19, this segment of Vacation Home Rentals grew in Brazil, due to quarantines and social isolation. On the other hand, Junior helped support families by teaching owners how to generate income from properties, which at that time were at a standstill and generating expenses, so there were traders and self-employed people who were interested in being a real estate entrepreneur. At the end of the same year, his company started a new challenge, started building vacation homes, furnishing and renting them, with the requirements to serve the public that uses the AIRBNB platform.

At the end of 2021, Junior wanted to see up close the work of those who already receive 80% of rentals in vacation homes, and in Orlando, Florida, the most visited city in the world, he expanded his company, seeking more knowledge and technology for its branch, in order to provide more satisfaction between owner and guests.

Junior Collin, is a professional expert in management by Airbnb, in these 5 years, mastered several tools and has an excellent relationship with the platform. 9 consecutive Superhost times, served more than 2,000 guests, and received many positive reviews.
